Move fis widgets SQL into scalar functions

Add fis_wdg_* table functions for dashboard widgets and wire them into FuchsDatabase.sqlproj; update the invoice list procs accordingly. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
